We had a fantastic time staying in the heart of the action. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk within a couple of minutes to the busy bars of the party area of town or to the more family-friendly beach. The rooms were lovely and clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool with its amazing views over the city. Having free wine and water with dinner was a nice touch, and we appreciated the free wifi throughout the hotel.
The food, although decent, could have been better. It wasn't always very hot and the selection was somewhat limited.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the old town. The location couldn't have been better, as it was right in the centre of all the bars, shops, and tapas joints. the hotel facilities were excellent, including the clean and well-maintained rooms with daily housekeeping. The rooftop pool offered fine panoramic views, and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially at reception. We also enjoyed the convenience of having breakfast included with a good variety of options. this hotel provided great value for money and was the perfect base for exploring this city.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The location was perfect, situated between the two main beaches in Benidorm. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you need. I especially loved the small balcony overlooking the old town. The breakfast, although simple, was sufficient to start the day. I also appreciated the attention to detail, with toiletries and a hairdryer provided in the room.
All in all, my stay was absolutely fantastic. I couldn't fault anything.
